Dr. Guy Resch graduated UMKC School of Dentistry in 1989. With 26 certifications, he is prepared to offer a variety of dental procedures. From crowns, fillings, and extractions, to advanced laser surgery, CT scans, implants, bone and sinus grafting, and more. Dr. Resch aims to provide affordable care in a relaxed, trusting environment.

Implants
Implants are small titanium cylinders that replace the roots of your teeth. They can be used to replace a missing tooth in your smile or hold a denture in place. Today, implants often can be placed for financial cost comparable to that of conventional bridges to stop this movement.
Cosmetics
The fun dentistry! Your experience begins with a smile design where you learn about tooth shape, shade, and what constitutes a "smile." When finished, you will know why some people have a good smile and others have a great smile. Our no-metal crowns appear to be lifelike and that makes the difference. Imagine smiling in the mirror and truly loving what you see.
Laser Surgery
Lasers are used to sterilize and treat infection while eliminating the swelling, pain, and bleeding associated with surgery performed with a scalpel. At Dr. Resch's office, we use lasers for implant placement, minor surgeries, and for periodontal procedures.
Dental Hygiene
We believe that preventative care is the foundation of dental health. Routine cleanings and check-ups are essential to a healthy mouth and catch small problems early.
Dentures & Partials
A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissue. Two types of dentures are available - complete and partial. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.
TMD
With the aid of computer assisted biometrics, we are able to diagnose more precisely what is wrong with a person's temporomandibular joint (TMJ). This additional information can assist the Dr. in alleviating the patient's daily pain.
Root Canals
Root canals are performed when a patient's tooth has an infection and the nerve inside the tooth is dying. Despite its bad reputation, the majority of the time this procedure is painless.
Full Mouth Reconstruction
Imagine someone who has watched their teeth fall apart causing their facial features to collapse around their mouth and what they must think in front of the mirror at night. And now imagine the same person with a beautiful smile and painfree function restored. The tears of joy are real when they see the 'new' them for the first time. At Dr. Resch's office, we have gone through the necessary training to possess the skills to restore and reclaim what time has taken.
